Please Note: This tour & price is based for minimum 2 passengers and based on the lowest available airfare, Air Fare Considered 1,10,000 TK. So the price can be changed depending on air ticket availability.  

Payment Policy:

Phase-1: 50% of the total package amount at the time of booking.

Phase-2: 50% of the rest total package amount after getting a visa.

Price will include following services:

  1. Dhaka – Moscow – Dhaka Return Air Ticket by Air Arabia Airlines or Similar in Economy Class.
  2. Moscow to Saint Petersburg Double Decker Sleeper Train Ticket.
  3. Saint Petersburg to Moscow Air Ticket by S7 Airlines in Economy Class. 
  4. Accommodation for 05 nights in 3* similar Twin/Double Sharing basis.
  5. Daily Breakfast from the Hotel.
  6. Return Airport Transfer in Moscow Airport to Hotel to Moscow Station.
  7. 01 Day Private Moscow City Tour
  8. 01 Day Private Saint Petersburg City Tour
  9. English Speaking Tour Guide during sight-seeing.
  10. Invitation/Tourist Voucher with Confirm Hotel reservation for Visa support.
  11. DHL Cost for Original Invitation/Tourist Voucher.

Exclude:

  • Russia visa service Visa Fees (Click for checklist) 
  • Visa Processing Service Charge 10,000 TK (Include Taking Embassy Appointment)
  • Any other Entrance fees or Personal cost which is not mentioned in above. 
  • Lunch & Dinner 

Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy

  1. After booking cancellation charge will be Tk. 10,000
  2. After Issued Invitation from Russia Cancellation Charge will be 30,000 TK
  3. If Russia Visa Refused cancellation charge will be TK 40,000
  4. After Russia Visa Done Cancellation Charge will be TK 1,00,000 
  5. After getting other Service confirmation like Air Ticket, Hotels, Tour Service in that case any cancellation will be charged 80% from total package price. 
  6. No cancellation will be acceptable 20 days before starting the tour.

Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrive in Moscow + Transfer to the Hotel

Arrive in Moscow DME Airport by Air Arabia Airlines, Meet & Greet to the Airport. Then transfer to the Hotel.

Overnight stay at Izmailovo Hotel 3* or similar.

Day 02: Free Day in Moscow

Morning after the Breakfast Full Day Free for Relax due to previous day long flight or local sight Roaming. Overnight stay at Izmailovo Hotel 3* or similar.

Day 03: Moscow City Tour + Double Decker Sleeper Train to St. Petersburg

Morning after the Breakfast Moscow City Private Tour Visit, Red Square, St. Basil's Cathedral, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Moscow Manege, State Historical Museum, Marshal Zhukov monument, Monument to Mining and Pozharsky, Grand Kremlin Palace, Lobnoye Mesto, Dormition Cathedral, Nikolskaya Tower, Annunciation Cathedral etc. After sight-seeing, transfer to the train station. Catch the Double Decker Sleeper Train for St. Peter’s Burg. Overnight stay at the Train.

Day 04: Arrive in Saint Petersburg + Free Day

Morning at 08.00am arrive in Saint Petersburg meet & greet then transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free for overnight Journey or you can roam around. Overnight stay at Best Western Zoom Hotel 3* or Similar.

Day 05, Saint Peter's Burg City Tour

Morning after the breakfast Saint Peter's Burg City tour. Visit, State Hermitage Museum, Savior on the Spilled Blood, Winter Palace, Peter & Paul Fortress, St. Isaac's Cathedral, Russian Museum etc. Overnight stay at Best Western Zoom Hotel 3* or Similar.

Day 06, Full Day Free For your own activities.

Morning after the breakfast Full Day Free for your own activities. Overnight stay at Best Western Zoom Hotel 3* or Similar.

Day 07: Return Airport Transfer + Departure for Dhaka

Morning after breakfast, transfer to the Airport as per Flight Schedule. Flight to Moscow then again Flight to Dhaka. End of the tour service.

  4. If you are not taking the complete package, and taking Hotel, Transfers & Sightseeing rates separately, we will give the same by checking our online systems. As you know, the rates and availability changes in the online system every minute.  Final rate and confirmation will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
  5. In All Places hotels will not be exactly the same standard. In some cases it can be higher standard and our commitment and in some cases hotel can be lower standard.
  6. All rooms will be not exactly in the same sizes & exactly the same facilities.
  7.  Bedding Type is on request basis and subject to availability at time of arrival.
  8. We try our best to provide you with the best airlines within budget. In some cases flights can be budget airlines.
  9. In case of any transit rules will be as per Airlines policy. 
  10. No Refund will be given for unutilized services while on tour.
