Package Excludes:

  • Hady (Dam Al-Shukr / Qurbani) is not included in the package price. The approximate cost is SAR 750–850 per person, subject to the rates announced by the relevant authorities.
  • The room-sharing categories (Quint, Quad, Triple, Double, and Single) apply only to hotels in Makkah and Madinah. If the itinerary includes accommodation in Shisha/Aziziyah apartments, male and female pilgrims will be accommodated in separate shared rooms. Room occupancy is typically 5–6 persons for Economy/Standard packages and up to 5 persons for Deluxe/Superior/Premium packages. Private room arrangements in Shisha/Aziziyah may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
  • Personal expenses, optional services, and any items not specifically mentioned under the “Package Includes” section.

Optional:

  • Pilgrims who wish to upgrade to an A Tent / VIP Tent (Maktab), may do so at an additional cost of approximately BDT 250,000 per person, subject to availability and approval from the relevant authorities.
  • Economy Class air tickets may be upgraded to Business Class at an additional cost of approximately BDT 1,00,000 per person, subject to availability and the applicable fare difference.
  • Additional customized services may be arranged at extra cost, including Haram View Rooms, Kaaba View Rooms, Suite Rooms, private transportation, and additional Ziyarah or sightseeing tours in Makkah, Madinah, Taif, or Jeddah, subject to availability.
  • Economy Class air tickets may be upgraded to Business Class at an additional cost of approximately BDT 100,000 per person, subject to availability and the applicable fare difference.

Cancellation Policy:

Once confirmed, Hajj bookings are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable, subject to the Hajj policies, regulations, and operational requirements of the relevant Saudi Arabian and Bangladeshi authorities.

Requirements:

  • Hajj Pre-Registration Fee: BDT 30,000 per person (Refundable, subject to applicable terms and conditions).
  • Scanned Copy of Passport (minimum validity until 31 December 2027) or National ID Card (NID) for pre-registration.
  • Scanned Copy of Birth Certificate (for children only).

Itinerary:

Day 01 | 25 ZQ: Dhaka - Makkah (Umrah)

Depart from Dhaka for Jeddah. Upon arrival, transfer to the Makkah Hotel and check in. Overnight stay at the hotel. SAME DAY PERFORM UMRAH

Day 02 | 26 ZQ: Makkah Ziyarah

  • Jabal Al-Noor (Cave of Hira) – The mountain where Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received the first revelation of the Holy Quran.
  • Jabal Thawr (Cave of Thawr) – The cave where Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and Abu Bakr (RA) took refuge during the Hijrah.
  • Mina – Known as the City of Tents and an important location of the Hajj pilgrimage.
  • Masjid Al-Khaif – A historic mosque in Mina where many Prophets are believed to have offered prayers.
  • Jamarat – The site where pilgrims perform the symbolic stoning ritual during Hajj.
  • Mount Arafat (Jabal Ar-Rahmah) – The plain where Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) delivered his Farewell Sermon.
  • Muzdalifah – A significant Hajj site where pilgrims spend the night and collect pebbles for the Jamarat ritual.
  • Jannatul Mualla – The historic cemetery of Makkah where many relatives and companions of the Prophet (PBUH) are buried.
  • Masjid Al-Jinn – A historic mosque associated with the event of a group of jinn listening to the recitation of the Holy Quran.

After the Ziyarah, focus on your regular prayers and Ibadah.

Day 03 | 27 ZQ: Makkah – Taif Ziyarah

  • The grave of Abdullah Ibn Abbas and the mosque by his name - the cousins of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. He is considered to be the greatest mufassir of the Qur'an,
  • Historic Taif Grape Gardens- where our beloved prophet (PBUH) is said to have grapes while in Taif.
  • The miqat Qarn al-Manazil - You get changed into the Ihram garments there and make your Niyyah for Umrah.

Day 04-08 | 28 ZQ-03 ZH: Makkah

Spend these blessed days in Makkah focusing on prayers, performing Nafal Tawaf, recitation of the Holy Quran, and personal Ibadah.

Day 09 | 04 ZH: Makkah - Shisha/Aziziyah

Check out the Makkah Hotel and transfer to Shisha/Aziziyah Apartment, check-in the Apartment, focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 10-12 | 05-07 ZH: Shisha/Aziziyah

Participate in our daily Hajj orientation sessions, practical demonstrations, and Shariah briefings conducted by our scholars and Hajj consultants.

Day 13 | 08 ZH Shisha/Aziziyah - Mina

Make the intention for Hajj and enter the state of Ihram. Transfer to the Mina Tent (Maktab) and spend the day in prayers and Ibadah.

Please note that, subject to the arrangements of the Saudi Muallim, pilgrims may be transferred to Mina on the night of 07 ZH.

Day 14 | 09 ZH: Mina – Arafah – Muzdalifah (Hajj Day)

Daytime in Arafah

After Fajr, proceed to Arafah and remain engaged in prayers, supplications, and remembrance of Allah. Perform the Dhuhr and Asr prayers together in the manner prescribed for Hajj. The Day of Arafah is the greatest day of Hajj and a day of immense mercy and forgiveness.

Spend this blessed day making sincere Dua for yourself, your parents, family members, relatives, the Muslim Ummah, and all those dear to you.

Nighttime in Muzdalifah

After sunset, proceed to Muzdalifah. Perform the Maghrib and Isha prayers together, spend the night under the open sky, and collect pebbles for the Jamarat ritual.

Please note that, subject to the arrangements of the Saudi Muallim, pilgrims may be transferred to Arafah on the night of 08 ZH.

Day 15 | 10 ZH: Muzdalifa – Mina – Jamarat – Masjid al-Haram – Mina

After Fajr in Muzdalifah, proceed to Jamarat and perform the stoning of Jamrat Al-Aqabah (7 pebbles). Thereafter, perform Hady (sacrificial offering), shave the head (for men) or trim the hair (for women), and exit the state of Ihram.

Later, proceed to Masjid Al-Haram to perform Tawaf Al-Ifadah and Sa’i as part of the Hajj rituals. Thereafter, return to Mina for the night.

Please note that if Tawaf Al-Ifadah and Sa’i cannot be performed on 10 ZH, they may be completed on any day up to 13 ZH.

Day 16 | 11 ZH: Mina – Jamarat - Mina

Proceed to Jamarat for the second day of stoning (07 + 07 + 07) and maintain each of the three pillars in order, begin with Jamarah al-Ula (the small Jamarah), then Jamarah al-Wusta (the second/middle Jamarah) and finally, Jamarah al-Aqaba (the third/large Jamarah). After that, return to your tent in Mina. Overnight at the Mina Tent.

Day 17 | 12 ZH: Mina – Jamarat – Shisha/Aziziah

Proceed to Jamarat for the third day of stoning (07 + 07 + 07) and maintain each of the three pillars in order, begin with Jamarah al-Ula (the small Jamarah), then Jamarah al-Wusta (the second/middle Jamarah) and finally, Jamarah al-Aqaba (the third/large Jamarah). Return to the Shisha / Aziziyah apartment, overnight at the apartment.

Please note that pilgrims who wish to follow the Sunnah may choose to remain in Mina for the night of 12 ZH and return to the Shisha/Aziziyah Apartment on 13 ZH, subject to their own arrangements and operational conditions.

Day 18 | 13 ZH: Shisha/Aziziah

Take rest, spend these blessed days focusing on prayers, recitation of the Holy Quran, and personal Ibadah.

Day 19 | 14 ZH: Shisha/Aziziah – Madinah

Check out the Shisha/Aziziyah Apartment and transfer to Madinah Hotel, check-in the hotel, focus on your regular prayers and Ibadah.

Day 20 | 15 ZH: Madinah Ziyarah

  • Masjid-e-Quba - the first mosque built by Muslims, Masjid-e-Qiblateen - where Muhammad (PBUH) received the command to change the Qiblah,
  • Masjid-e- Juma - where Muhammad (PBUH) prayer first Juma,
  • Grave of Hamza (RA) and Martyrs of Uhud - Martyrs Cemetery features the graves of 70 companions including Hamzah bin Abdul Muttalib who were martyred in the battle of Uhud),
  • Site of Battle of Trench (Khandaq) - Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ordered a Trench to be dug after taking a suggestion from Salman Farsi (RA). These trenches gave Muslims the benefit of defeating enemy armies and suffering fewer casualties.

After the ziyarah, focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 21-25 | 16-20 ZH: Madinah

Spend these blessed days in Madinah focusing on prayers, recitation of the Holy Quran, and personal Ibadah. After Fajr or Asr prayer, you may visit Jannatul Baqi. You may also visit Riyadh Al-Jannah, subject to obtaining an appointment through the Nusuk App.

You may also choose to perform Wudu at your hotel and visit Masjid Quba to offer two Rak'ahs of prayer. It is narrated that whoever performs Wudu at home and then comes to Masjid Quba and offers prayer therein will receive a reward equivalent to that of an Umrah.

Day 26 | 21 ZH: Madinah - Dhaka

Check out from the Madinah Hotel, transfer to the Madinah / Jeddah Airport. END OF THE SERVICE.

Transportation Remarks:

  • Transportation for Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Shisha/Aziziyah, Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifah, and the scheduled Ziyarah tours will be provided by bus.

Hotel Remarks:

  • As per standard hotel policy in Saudi Arabia, the official check-in time is 04:00 PM and the check-out time is 12:00 PM. obokash.com is not responsible for early check-in or late check-out requests.
  • Room allocation is solely at the discretion of the hotel management and subject to availability. Guests with special room requests (such as higher floors, corner rooms, twin beds, double beds, etc.) are requested to communicate directly with the hotel reception. obokash.com cannot guarantee the fulfillment of such requests.
  • Except for certain internationally branded hotels, most hotels in Makkah, Madinah, Shisha, and Aziziyah do not maintain internationally recognized star ratings.   • Bathrooms may not include separate buckets or bath facilities. Shower facilities are commonly used in Saudi Arabian hotels and apartments.
  • A Single, Double, Triple, Quad, or Quint room refers to the number of occupants accommodated in the room and does not necessarily indicate the number or type of beds provided. Bed configurations may vary depending on the hotel or apartment.
  • Economy, Standard, and certain Deluxe package hotels may not provide complimentary drinking water in guest rooms. Pilgrims may purchase drinking water separately if required.
  • Most hotels in Makkah, Madinah, and Jeddah are designed as Twin or Double rooms. Additional beds may be added to accommodate Triple, Quad, or Quint occupancy. The size and comfort level of extra beds may differ from the main beds. Guests concerned about room size or bed arrangements are encouraged to review the hotel information or consult our Sales Team before booking.
  • In some hotels or apartments (particularly in Economy and Standard packages), certain rooms may have attached bathrooms, while others may have bathroom facilities located outside the room. If such arrangements exist, rooms with attached bathrooms may be allocated to female pilgrims whenever possible, subject to availability.

Passport Policies: 

Upon arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), passports may be collected by the relevant Saudi authorities in accordance with Hajj regulations. Passports are generally returned to pilgrims on or before the day of their return flight from KSA.

Food Remarks:

  • Meals in Makkah, Madinah, and Shisha/Aziziyah may be served in a dining area, as packed meals, or through other catering arrangements. Meal service formats may vary by location and operational requirements. The following menu is generally provided across all packages:
  • Breakfast (Approx.): Porota/Ruti/Khichuri, Vegetable/Dal, Boiled Egg.
  • Lunch & Dinner (Approx.): Beef/Chicken/Fish, Vegetable/Vorta/Shak, Dal, Plain Rice.
  • Menu items and serving arrangements may vary depending on availability and operational requirements.
  • For meals that are not provided complimentary by the hotel, food may be served in a dining area, as packed meals, or through meal vouchers redeemable at designated nearby restaurants. Unused meal vouchers returned to us may be eligible for a refund of SAR 15 per meal.
  • Pilgrims who do not wish to include meals in their package must inform us at the time of booking. In such cases, a deduction of SAR 25 per person per day (for three meals) will be adjusted against the package price.

Flight Remarks:

  • Flight schedules are determined by the respective airlines and may be changed without prior notice. If an airline changes the departure or returns schedule, hotel bookings and other ground services may remain unchanged due to supplier policies and operational limitations. Any additional accommodation, transportation, or related costs arising from such changes may be borne by the pilgrim.
  • obokash.com shall not be held responsible for flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, missed connections, or other disruptions caused by airlines, airports, weather conditions, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • In the event of delayed, lost, or mishandled baggage by an airline, airport authority, or Saudi Hajj management authority, obokash.com will provide reasonable assistance and guidance; however, we shall not be responsible for baggage recovery, compensation, or any associated losses.
  • Due to flight availability, airline scheduling, and operational requirements, the total duration of a package may occasionally be extended or reduced by a few days. Such variations shall not automatically entitle the pilgrim to any refund or compensation.

Ziyarah & Tour Remarks:

If your package includes Ziyarah or City Tours, the following schedules are generally followed. However, timings may vary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, traffic regulations, prayer schedules, or instructions from the relevant authorities. For customized packages, tour schedules may be arranged according to the guest’s preferences, subject to availability.

  • Makkah / Madinah Ziyarah: Usually conducted at approximately 7:00 AM, with a duration of 2–3 hours.
  • Makkah / Madinah Walking Ziyarah: These guided visits cover Masjid Al-Haram / Al-Masjid An-Nabawi and nearby Islamic historical sites. They are usually conducted after Fajr or Asr prayer and typically last 2–3 hours.
  • Taif / Badr Ziyarah: Usually conducted at approximately 8:00 AM, with a duration of 6–7 hours.
  • Jeddah City Tour: Usually conducted at approximately 2:00 PM, with a duration of 5–6 hours.
