Bangladesh Hajj Package Package Includes:

Bangladesh Hajj Package Package Excludes:

  • Kurbani (dome shokor) is not included in the package price (Approx. SR 700-800/Per Person)
  • On 10 Zil Hajj no transportation will be provided from Muzdalifah to Jamarat to Makkah hotel and from Makkah hotel to Mina tent.
  • Extra return air ticket from Jeddah/Madinah to Dhaka (if needed) is not included in the package price, it is approx. 50,000/per person.
  • Any kinds of personal cost or others which are not mentioned above.

Bangladesh Hajj Package Optional:

  • For A Tent/ VIP Tent (Maktab) TK. 2,10,000 will be added on a per person basis.
  • For Special VIP Bus service (seat by seat) in hajj period (Mina + Muzlafiah + Arafah) TK. 50,000 will be added on a per person basis.
  • Special requirements are also available with extra charges, such as TAKING SPECIAL ROOMS - Haram view, Kaba view, Suite Room, etc. adding other mazarat or tours - Jeddah, Taif, Hudaibiyah, Wadi Jinn, Badar, etc.

Cancellation Policy:

The package is fully Non-refundable, Non-changeable, and non-transferable as per Saudi & Bangladesh Hajj package policies.

Bangladesh Hajj Package Itinerary:

Day 01 | 16 ZQ: Dhaka – Madinah

Departure from Dhaka to Madinah/Jeddah. Transfer from Madinah/Jeddah Airport to the Madinah Hotel.

Day 02 | 17 ZQ: Madina Ziyarah

  • Masjid-e-Quba - the first mosque built by Muslims), Masjid-e-Qiblateen - where Muhammad (PBUH) received the command to change the Qiblah, 
  • Masjid-e- Juma - where Muhammad (PBUH) prayer first Juma,
  • Grave of Hamza (RA) and Martyrs of Uhud - Martyrs Cemetery features the graves of 70 companions including Hamzah bin Abdul Muttalib who were martyred in the battle of Uhud),
  • Masjid E Juma - Where our Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) offered the first Khutba of Juma Mubarak on Friday,
  • Site of Battle of Trench (Khandaq) - Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ordered a Trench to be dug after taking a suggestion from Salman Farsi (RA). These trenches gave Muslims the benefit of defeating enemy armies and suffering fewer casualties.
  • After the ziyarah, focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 03-09 | 18-24 ZQ: Madinah

Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah. After the Fajr or Asr prayer you may visit The Baqi Al Gharqad and can visit Riyazul Jannah (must make an appointment with the NUSUK App).

Day 10 | 25 ZQ: Madinah – Makkah (Umrah)

Check out from the Madinah Hotel, transfer to the Makkah hotel, check-in to the hotel, and overnight at the Madinah hotel, SAME DAY PERFORM UMRAH.

Day 11 | 26 ZQ: Makkah Ziyarah

  • Cave of Hira (Jabal-e-Noor) - the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received his revelations from Allah SWT through the angel Gabriel,
  • Cave of Thawr (Jabal-e-soor) - where the Prophet and Abu Bakr al-Siddiq took shelter to flee from the Quraish,
  • Mina – It’s called the city of tents as it has more than 100,000 air-conditioned tents to provide temporary accommodation to the pilgrims visiting to take part in Hajj,
  • Masjid al-Khaif (Mosque of Prophets) - where the numerous prophets are said to have prayed in this mosque,
  • Jamarat - This is an essential site for the pilgrims of the hajj which consists of three stone columns that are pelted as a mandatory Hajj ritual in imitation of the Prophet Ibrahim (A.S),
  • Mount Arafat (Jabal-Ar-Rahmah) - the place where Prophet Muhammad PBUH stood and delivered the Last Sermon,
  • Muzdalifa - it was the place where Prophet Adam (AS) the Maghrib and Isha prayers together and it is an essential part of the hajj,
  • Jannatul Mualla - where many of the Prophet (PBUH)'s ancestors are buried, notably his mother (Aminah), grandfather (Abdul Muttalib), and first wife (Khadijah),
  • Masjid Jinn - where a group of jinn is said to have gathered one night to hear the recitation of a portion of the Quran by Muhammad (PBUH).
  • After the ziyarah, focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 12-22 | 27 ZQ-07 ZH: Makkah

Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 23 | 08 ZH: Makkah - Mina

Make Ihram's intention for Hajj, transfer to the Mina Tent (Maktab), and focus on your regular prayers and Ibadah.

Please note that those who will take the A Tent service will be taken to Mina on the early morning of 8th ZH and those who will take the D Tent service will be taken to Mina on the night of 7th ZH.

Day 24 | 09 ZH: Mina – Arafah – Muzdalifah (Hajj Day)

Day time in Arafah:

After Fazr you will be shifted to the Arafah Tent, Focus on your regular Prayers in Arafah.

There is no other day like the day of Arafah when so many people are freed from hell, The Maidan of Arafah is also known as the Maidan of Forgiveness.

Spend this day apologizing to Allah for you, your parents, and your family. Make dua all day for yourself, parents, family, relatives, the people of Bangladesh, Muslims all over the world, or as you like.

Please note that those who will take the A Tent service will be taken to Arafah on the early morning of 9th ZH and those who will take the D Tent service will be taken to Arafah on the night of 8th ZH.

Nighttime in Muzdalifah:

After sunset you will be shifted to Muzdalifah, pray Maghrib and Isha together in Jamaat at a time (Jama). Spend the whole night in the open sky, collect 49/70 pebbles for Jamarat stoning. 

Day 25 | 10 ZH: Muzdalifah – Mina – Jamarat – Masjid al-Haram – Mina

After the Fajr prayer in Muzdalifah, we will take you to Jamarat for stoning (07 Stones) to the Jamrah Al Aqabah/Large Jamarah. After that, return to the Mina Tent or go to the Makkah hotel, complete your Hady (Damm al-Shukr), shave your head (Male) / Cut hair (Female), take a bath, leave the state of Ihram, and wear comfortable clothes.

Afternoon go to Masjid al-Haram with the group leader to perform Tawaf al-Ifadha and then another circuit of Sa’ee as part of your Hajj rituals, after that return to your tent in Mina. Overnight at the Mina Tent.

Please note that, if you cannot perform Tawaf and Sa’ee on the 10th ZH, you can perform it on any day between the 13th ZH.

Day 26 | 11 ZH: Mina – Jamarat - Mina

Proceed to Jamarat for the second day of stoning (07 + 07 + 07) and maintain each of the three pillars in order, begin with Jamarah al-Ula (the small Jamarah), then Jamarah al-Wusta (the second/middle Jamarah) and finally, Jamrah al-Aqaba (the third/large Jamarah). After that, return to your tent in Mina. Overnight at the Mina Tent.

Day 27 | 12 ZH: Mina – Jamarat – Makkah

Proceed to Jamarat for the third day of stoning (07 + 07 + 07) and maintain each of the three pillars in order, begin with Jamarah al-Ula (the small Jamarah), then Jamarah al-Wusta (the second/middle Jamarah) and finally, Jamrah al-Aqaba (the third/large Jamarah). Return to the Makkah hotel, overnight at the Makkah hotel.

Day 28-39 | 13-24 ZH: Makkah

Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 40 | 25 ZH: Makkah - Dhaka

Check out from the Makkah hotel, and transfer to Jeddah airport to depart for Dhaka. END OF SERVICE

General:

  •  Package price applicable for TRAVEL WITH GROUP only.
  • Package itinerary can be changed which will be informed to travelers before travel.
  • Visa processing is subject to Ministry of Foreign Affairs approval (MOFA).
  • All services depend on availability at the time of booking and package cost can be changed upon room/hotel availability.
  • The conversion of the above package prices based on current riyal (1 SAR = BDT. 32) / USD (1 USD = BDT. 118.80) conversion rates with BDT, if the conversion rate of Riyal or USD changes during the final booking confirmation of package inclusion services, then the package price will also change.
  •  Any changes can occur without prior notice.
  • After confirming the specified package no refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
  • There are no differences between Standard, Superior, and Premium packages except only hotels.
  • obokash.com reserves the right to charge an extra amount for any hajj package inclusion services if unexpected charges are added by the legal authorities.

  • We have calculated the above package prices (Hajj 2025) based on last year's Muyallim fee (SR. 2557), Visa + Transports + Masayer + Insurance & others (SR. 1820), D Tent (SR. 300), and BD Govt. declared (2025) air ticket (TK. 1,67,820). If the Government authority changes the expenses of the mentioned sectors this year, then the package prices of Hajj 2025 will also change, and the guests will have to pay the same.

Vehicle Status:

  • All the transportation for Jeddah / Makkah / Madinah / Shisha / Azizia / Mina / Arafah / Muzdalifah and Ziyarah will be provided by bus. Mentioned that, each bus will be allocated for every 100 people (+/-) for Hajj days only (Shisha to Mina, Mina to Arafah, and Arafah to Muzdalifah), But it will be fine for other routes.
  • However, a special bus service (seat by seat) will be provided on hajj days for those who will book our special VIP bus service.
  • obokash.com is not responsible if the vehicle is delayed due to Traffic Jam/Prayer Period/Roadblock/Similar issues.

Hotel Policies:

  • As per Saudi Arabian Hotel policy standard “Check-In” time is 04:00 PM and the “Check-Out” time is 12:00 PM obokash.com is not responsible for early check-in and late check-out.
  • Only Hotel Authorities reserve the right to provide available room as per booking, if anyone has any special request to change rooms (Example – Top Floor, Corner Room, Twin/Double room, etc.) then guests must communicate with hotel reception. However,
  •  obokash.com is not responsible for that if unable to change rooms – if refused by the hotel.
  • Except for certain hotels, most hotels in Makkah, Madinah or Aziziah do not maintain a star ratingS. Therefore, the star rating of the hotels mentioned in our various packages is mostly local star ratings, not international star ratings. If anyone is concerned about hotel rating, then he/she must discuss it with the obokash salesperson before booking the package.
  •  In most of the hotels we call 3 Star, there is no WiFi in the room, or WiFi is there but it doesn't work. You can only use WiFi in the hotel lobby. These hotels usually do not offer room service, if you ever need room service you should tell the hotel reception.
  • Maybe there is no separate bucket for washing clothes or bath in the bathroom, so I have to take a bath with a shower.
  • A single room does not mean one bed in the room, or a twin room does not mean two beds in the room; rooms can be two beds / three beds / four beds of any kind.
  • Economy/standard / deluxe package’s hotels usually don’t provide drinking water in the room, so you must buy your own drinking water (if needed).
  •  Most of the hotels in Makkah, Madinah or Jeddah are twin /double rooms and they add extra beds to make triples or quad rooms. The size of the extra bed is not equal to the main bed. If you are concerned about the room size, please visit the hotel website, or contact our sales team.
  •  Economy package hotels or apartments may be one star or less. Rooms may have attached bathrooms or shared bathrooms. Before confirming the package, ask the salesman for room pictures and hotel location or other information.

Passport Policies: 

Upon arrival at KSA (Airport), the Saudi authorities will collect your passport, and the passport will be returned to you on the day of your return flight from KSA.

Moyallen Activities:

Moyallem will be available at the time of performing umrah and it is only for one time only. For ziyarah, a driver cum guide/any other tour guide will be available. The Guide / Driver is not liable to carry luggage to/from the hotel.

Food Policies:

Subject to permission from Saudi authorities three times meals will be served under the supervision of Bangladeshi local chefs. Note that, if the superior and premium package’s hotel authorities do not allow food delivery inside the hotel, alternative arrangements will be made.

Flight Schedule:

  • For any kind of natural issues for example: if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of departure, then hotel booking will not change as per the non-refundable policy and if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of return, then an extra hotel accommodation charge will be added.  
  • For any kind of natural issue like flight delay then obokash is not responsible for that.
  • If missing luggage by airlines or Saudi hajj management authority, then obokash will cooperate with various directions but is not obliged to return the bag or pay the fine.
  • Due to the availability of flight tickets, the total duration of the package may be less or more than 1-5 days. In that case no amount will be refunded or added to the package price.

Ziyarah Timing:

Usually, we provide all ziyarah service for Makkah or Madinah at 7 AM and the duration is 2-3 hours (maximum)
